Community Association Info

The Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club quarterly dues are $2,200 for 2025. There is a one time mandatory $10,000 club fee when you purchase a home, along with a $250 one time capital fee. Concierge services are optional with $1,000 charged annually on January 1 or at signup.

The following is covered by the master association:

TV Service, internet, ADT monthly service, landscaping common areas, irrigation water, gate and security services, streets and street light mainteance. Access to tennis/pickleball, bocce, volleyball, basketball, cabanas, fitness center, both restaurants and all beach club activites are included in your master quarterly dues.

Fee based services include spa/salon, marina services for boat, dock, or water sport rentals, and for any sports related private lessons.

Miromar Lakes is a CDD community and the fees for that are included in your annual tax bill. Your trash service is handled by Lee County and is also handled through your tax bill.

If you choose to join the Miromar Lakes Golf Club the 2024 initiation fee is $140,000 along with annual dues of $16,500 plus taxes.
